Project control

The all-important goal every time we accept a commission is timely completion in compliance with the client’s budget expectations. To this end, a project manager is assigned to each project and assumes responsibility for all associated activities. He represents the interests of the client in the dealings with all other parties involved in project realisation.

It is no secret: The assumed ideal course occasionally deviates from practical reality. That has nothing to do with a lack of care – there is simply no escaping a remaining element of unpredictability. In such cases, it is decisive to react quickly and appropriately, to find fair solutions to conflicts and to restore dependability. That is rarely achieved by sticking blindly to prior conceptions. In this sense, we understand project control to mean reaching our common objectives in the best possible way.
