If you can get this aspect sorted, you're on sure ground,˝ says Roger Herold, who is an engineer by profession and one of the two managing shareholders at the Chemnitz-based company of kessler steelconcept GmbH. He founded the company together with Kerstin Dittrich, a former fellow student from his university days in the industrial metropolis when it was still officially known as Karl-Marx-Stadt.
